Belbin Reports

Understand how your people really contribute and turn behavioural insight into practical, measurable impact.

Belbin Reports translate everyday behaviours into practical insight. Each report highlights an individual’s strengths, work styles, and contributions, and shows how they fit within a team or role. They’re evidence-based, easy to understand, and designed to improve collaboration from day one.

Individual Belbin Reports

Team & Group Reports

Once individual Belbin Team Role Reports are complete, the next step is often to bring those insights together in a shared view. Team and Group Maps save you time by compiling those results for you, so you can quickly see where strengths sit, where gaps appear, and how work might be better allocated. For deeper analysis of team composition and culture, the Belbin Extended Team Report adds an additional layer of insight.
