Andy Piotrowski

Andy contributes to 3Circle Partners more than 30 years of experience in leading operational and cultural change initiatives within large North American companies. He is a Lean Master, focused on applying Lean principles and tools to the 3Circle Partners methodology.

Before joining 3Circle Partners, he worked in the manufacturing and finance sectors. He brings a depth of experience across a broad range of business processes, including; manufacturing, product development and customer service operations.

He has held a variety of management positions. As Worldwide Supply Chain Manager at Eastman Kodak, Andy pioneered the deployment of cross-functional teams to achieve high levels of customer delivery performance.

Andy earned a Bachelor of Applied Science degree in Chemical Engineering from Queen’s University in Kingston, Ontario.
